The ‘Website and Application’ is provided by GoodShotz Photography Private Limited. GoodShotz uses the information described in this Privacy Statement (i) internally, to analyze, develop and improve its products and services, and (ii) as set forth below in the “Will GoodShotz Share any of the personal information it Collects”

‘WEBSITE AND APPLICATION’ PARTNER TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

GoodShotz may provide personal information to the applicable ‘Website and Application’

Partner. The ‘Website and Application’ Partner’s use of your personal information is subject to the ‘Website and Application’ Partner’s separate privacy policy – and not this Privacy Statement. The ‘Website and Application’ Partner’s privacy policy is linked to from within the Partner’s Facebook Website and Application.

WILL GOODSHOTZ SHARE ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

Personal information about our users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone.

Our site and the services available through GoodShotz are safe for access by children. GoodShotz does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that children of any age should get their parents’ consent before giving out any personal information. We encourage you to participate in your child’s web/app experience.

GoodShotz may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Statement in effect at the time such information is used. General Terms & Conditions

Fee

To confirm registration, fee is to be paid in advance.
Feel free to talk to us if you want to make part payment to book.
The tour fee includes taxes and is the total amount to be paid—based on twin sharing for a group traveling together.

Inclusions

Accommodation: Twin beds/double beds
All meals—breakfast, lunch and dinner
Any camera fee, entry fee to shooting locations as per the itinerary
Local transport
English-speaking guide on all international tours

Exclusions

Air/Train tickets to the tour destination
Visa fees in case of international travel
Any tips and gratuities to hotel staff/anyone else
Extra meals, visits and activities not mentioned on the tour page
Alcohol and drinks (except water) are not a part of any of our tour fee, these are to be bought separately
Anything else not mentioned in the inclusions

Cancellation and Refunds

Full refund if cancellation is made 60 days before the tour.
No refund if cancelled after 60 days of the tour.
Please note: The date of written (e-mail) communication of intent to cancel is the date considered for calculation of the cancellation fees.
