No Photo tours are complete without a trip to God’s own country—Kerala. It is a photographer’s delight. Friendly people, culturally rich countryside and incredible beauty offers unparalleled opportunity to shoot people, place and life. Tropical weather and bright sunlight adds to the element and character to the place where life almost passes you in slow motion.

Kerala has a very unique topography. Arabian Sea covers its entire coastline on the West side, and towering Western Ghats, on its East. Kerala has a diverse landscape with contrasting yet stunningly beautiful cultures. On one hand you have high altitude tea gardens in Munnar, and on the other hand you have untouched and pristine beaches of Varkala.

Network of many rivers and its tributaries criss-crosses the entire state, serving as the lifeline to it’s people providing them trade and transport route. Kerala also has very diverse flora and fauna. From tea, coffee and spices to wildlife with animals like Tigers, Elephants and langurs. Kerala is also home to Ayurveda and ayurveda in many form of it’s therapeutical and medicinal application.

We stay in a beautiful hotel by the Lake Vembanad. GoodShotz promises you a photo tour & workshop to remember as our expert mentors, who have shot extensively through Kerala, navigate and meander their way through the narrow backwaters setting you up to capture the beauty and essence of rustic Kerala.

Be prepared to be amazed and awed by the landscape of Hundred coconut trees dotted horizon over Lake Vembanad from where the sun rises every morning painting the skies in brilliant colors of red and yellows.

Evening brings the golden setting sun across the Chinese fishing nets as local fishermen prepare to bring back their prized catch of the day.

Join us for 2 nights and 3 days of extensive shooting experience and intense post-processing classes in the very heart of Kerala—Kumarakom.
